Hi, I’m LaShon Fryer, and let’s be real—accountability isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the secret ingredient to actually getting things done. No shortcuts, no excuses, just you committing to yourself.

I’ve spent over 20 years leading, teaching, and managing in industries like hospitality, social services, and non-profits. My path has been anything but ordinary, from serving in the United States Air Force to earning an MBA in Nonprofit Management. What motivates me most is the opportunity to help people embark on the most important project of their lives—their personal growth and development.  

Whether I’m helping Veterans tackle housing challenges or helping others build the confidence to make their own self-efficacy decisions, I’ve learned that when you hold yourself accountable, nothing is off-limits. Real change occurs when you stop making excuses and begin trusting yourself, your gifts, and your abilities.
